WebCYM

WebCYM (Web Content-You-Manage) is a web management system developed by CYM Consulting. It is available as a service integrated within our hosting solutions. A web management system (WMS) such as WebCYM is critical to the success of almost every website, and yet many organizations are not familiar with this technology. WebCYM supports the creation, management, distribution, publishing, discovery and reporting of information for websites. It covers the complete lifecycle of the pages on your site, from providing simple tools to create the content, through to publishing, and finally to archiving. It also provides the ability to manage the structure of the site, the appearance of the published pages, and the navigation provided to the users. It is ideal for producing company websites, online magazines, shops, and other sophisticated services that need constant updating by non technical staff. Site updates are carried out through a web based facility. This means that updates can be done from anywhere in the world and all that is required is a web browser and Internet connectivity.

Our Simple Invoicing System CYMSIS is simple for people to use but powerful behind the scenes. The system is easily configurable to customer requirements and has many advantages for organisations, especially those with roaming staff who need to continually generate invoices or monitor payments.
